A cruise aboard the Opera 60, a 20-metre rigid inflatable boat shared with only a few other guests: it feels semi-private, unless a group takes up the whole boat. Sail along the south coast with Mount Teide and La Gomera in view, enjoy lunch and drinks on board and a swim and snorkelling stop on the way back.
