Booking Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the total amount, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

No-shows at the pickup point will result in a 100% loss of the booking amount.

If the organising company cancels or substantially modifies the excursion due to adverse weather or force majeure, the client is entitled to an alternative activity or a full refund.
